Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day. Some clients come in seeking relief from pain or chronic tension, while others need time to unwind from stress or maintain the progress they’ve already made. Your session is designed around you.

Techniques may include therapeutic massage, myofascial release, stretching, and the use of heated tools to help soothe tight muscles and allow for deeper work when appropriate — always guided by what your body responds to best.

Massage doesn’t have to be painful to be effective. My goal is to help your body relax, release tension, and restore balance in a way that feels both productive and restorative.

Session Length Options

• 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage
  A focused session ideal for addressing specific areas of tension or maintaining regular care.
   
• 75-Minute Therapeutic Massage
  Allows more time to work on multiple areas while still providing space for overall relaxation.
   
• 90-Minute Therapeutic Massage
  A full-body session with time for deeper, more comprehensive work and deeper relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy brings rapid changes to the body, often creating new areas of discomfort and fatigue. Prenatal massage can help reduce tension, improve circulation, and provide much-needed relaxation.

All prenatal sessions are performed with the mother comfortably positioned side-lying and supported with cushions to ensure safety and comfort throughout the session.

Accessibility & Comfort

My treatment room is designed to be welcoming and accessible. I use a hydraulic massage table that is ADA compliant, allowing the table height to be safely adjusted for clients with mobility limitations or difficulty getting on and off the table.
